These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of PURGE (“PURGE,” “we,” “us,” or “the Service”), including our website, software, loader, documentation, and any related content. By purchasing, downloading, or using PURGE, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to purchase or use PURGE. By accepting these Terms you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Access Grant
Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms and timely payment of all applicable fees, PURGE grants your account limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable access to install and use the Service on a single personal computer for the duration of your active subscription or, for Lifetime access, until terminated under these Terms.
All right, title, and interest in and to the Service — including all software, code, designs, trademarks, and documentation — remain the sole property of PURGE. No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not, and will not allow any third party to:
- Resell, sublicense, redistribute, lease, rent, or otherwise transfer the Service or your account access to any other party.
- Share your account credentials or any portion of the Service with any other person.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Service.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices included in the Service.
- Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of any third party, or causes harm to others.
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, defraud, or harm other players or server operators.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any device on which the Service is installed. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account or any other suspected breach of security. PURGE is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing
Subscription plans are billed in advance on a one-time basis for the period selected (e.g., Month, 3 Months, Lifetime). Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. All payments are processed by third-party processors; by completing a purchase you agree to the terms of the applicable processor.
Subscription periods are non-prorated. Unused time within a billing period is forfeited if access is terminated for cause.
6. No Refunds
All sales are final. Because account access is activated instantly and grants immediate access to digital content, PURGE does not offer refunds for any purchase. Detection events on a build marked GREEN on our internal status page are handled through account support, not refunds.
7. Access Support Policy
If your account access is affected as a direct result of a detection on a build that was marked GREEN at the time of use, PURGE will review and resolve the account at no cost. Detection on a build that was already marked YELLOW or RED, on a server using non-listed anticheats, or following a violation of these Terms is not covered.
8. Termination
PURGE may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, attempt to defraud the Service, share or resell access, or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to PURGE, our users, or any third party. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately and no refund will be issued.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. PURGE expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. PURGE does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PURGE, its owners, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of access to any game or platform, account bans imposed by third parties, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. PURGE’s aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to PURGE in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PURGE and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right.
12. Changes to the Terms
PURGE may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
13. Governing Law and Severability
These Terms shall be construed under and governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which PURGE operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
