This Privacy Policy describes how PURGE (“PURGE,” “we,” “us,” or “the Service”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you visit our website, purchase access, or use our software. We are committed to collecting only what is necessary to operate the Service and keeping it secure.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Email address — used for login, receipts, and support requests.
- Discord username — collected only if you choose to provide it for community access or VIP channel assignment.
- Support messages — any content you submit through Discord tickets or other support channels.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Account authentication data — when the loader connects to our servers, we receive your authenticated account session, a derived machine identifier, your loader version, and the timestamp of the request. This is required to validate access and is not used for advertising or profiling.
- IP address — logged transiently for abuse prevention, rate-limiting, and fraud detection.
- Browser and device data — standard web request metadata (user-agent string, language, referrer) collected for analytics and troubleshooting.
1.3 Information We Do Not Collect
PURGE does not collect, store, or transmit your gameplay data, the contents of your game files, screenshots, keystrokes, or any data from FiveM or any other game process. The Service operates externally and does not capture in-game activity.
2. Payment Information
PURGE does not directly receive or store your full payment card details. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive only the data Stripe returns to confirm and reconcile a transaction (e.g., a payment confirmation token and limited card metadata). Please review Stripe's privacy policy for details on their handling of your data.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provision and authenticate your account access.
- Deliver, support, and improve the Service.
- Communicate with you about your account, purchases, and updates.
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your information for behavioral advertising or third-party profiling.
4. Sharing of Information
We share information with third parties only in the following limited circumstances:
- Payment processors — to process your transactions.
- Infrastructure providers — hosting, CDN, and email delivery vendors who operate under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Legal compliance — when required by valid legal process or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PURGE, our users, or the public.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
Our website uses a minimal number of cookies and local-storage entries to remember your preferences and to keep authenticated sessions active. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; however, some features of the website may not function correctly if you do.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Authentication logs are typically retained for 90 days; transaction records are retained as required by applicable financial and tax laws.
7. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information in our possession against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to lawful retention obligations.
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the channels listed below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, and in any event within the period required by applicable law.
9. Children’s Privacy
PURGE is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, we will take prompt steps to delete it.
10. International Data Transfers
Our infrastructure may be located in jurisdictions different from the one in which you reside. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to ensure that international transfers of your personal information comply with applicable data-protection laws.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
